Its great pleasure to guide you for your studies. While you are studying any subject you should think upon the concept professionally. You must make sure that you understand the topic thoroughly, remember the key features of the topic and clarify all your doubts in the topic from various sources of your access. You must ensure to develop your skill, ability to make links between the cause and effects, problems and policies, theory and the real world. You must raise your ability to think critically about the sequence of events and to question the extent to which the events will happen. You must adopt some of the these methods of study out of many other available like study cards, tables, Mind maps (spider diagrams), flow charts, diagrams. question & answer sessions(one to one), reference to past examination papers for quick grasping and preparation towards examination. You are requested never to keep study concepts left to the last minute. You must always process the information that You have learnt. You should analyze, evaluate the facts and apply them again & gain.
Revision means to review work. It is done throughout the course. You should do the revision as freshly as possible. You must adopt revision methods like fill in any gaps, multiple choice questions, provide relevant examples, show links to other topics and to take into account recent developments. You must draw up the flexible study & revision time table.
In order to keep yourselves mentally & physically fit you must take regular study breaks. You must eat properly. You must spend an adequate amount of time to sleep. You must undertake some physical exercises too.
During examination always carry equipment required for examination like two pens (blue or black as allowed), updated compass box, Calculator if allowed. You must arrive 30 minutes before scheduled time for examination. You must check your ID cards, Candidate Number in your entry ticket. You must listen to the instructions of the invigilator carefully. You must read the instructions on the front page of the answer sheets. You must always read the questions in the question paper before you solve them as you exactly get to know what content and application the question is calling for.
